1. Scope
This Notice covers vehivyn.intravyn.com and app.vehivyn.intravyn.com. “Cookies” includes browser cookies and comparable local or session storage. Intravyn Ltd is responsible for the marketing-site choices described here.
2. Storage we use

The exact browser presentation can vary by device. A browser or user may clear its own cookies or storage at any time; Vehivyn cannot prevent that.
3. Your choices
The first layer gives equally prominent Accept all, Reject all and Manage cookies controls. Analytics is off until you actively allow it. A refusal is saved just like an acceptance and is not automatically reversed.
Your latest structured choice is preserved and its one-year browser lifetime is renewed when you revisit. We ask again only after a material change to analytics purposes or providers. While that fresh decision is unresolved, analytics stays off.
4. Analytics use and retention
After consent, Vehivyn creates random visitor and session UUIDs and sends the page path, external referrer host, consent-policy version and server timestamp. These identifiers are pseudonymous, not anonymous. We do not send form contents or email addresses in page-view events.
Raw page views and linked signup-attribution records have no scheduled age-based expiry. Access is restricted to authorised operational administrators, Super Admin reporting is aggregate, and there is no individual journey or per-visitor drill-down. Use is limited to statistical service improvement—never advertising, behavioural targeting, scoring or automated decisions. Intravyn documents an annual necessity review; a review date does not trigger a purge.
5. Withdrawing analytics consent
Open Cookie preferences and reject analytics. Tracking stops immediately, the visitor and session UUIDs are cleared, and the browser sends an erasure request. Vehivyn deletes page views for that visitor UUID and unlinks that UUID from any signup attribution. A session-only retry marker handles interrupted requests.
Your declined preference remains so the banner does not repeatedly ask. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal, but consent-based raw analytics tied to that UUID is erased. You may also email legal@intravyn.com with a rights request.
